Genealogical DNA research

Besides writing a book about numerological patterns and the recognition and relevance thereof, I’m also interested in genealogical DNA research. We observe patterns in any kind of areas and important clues can be deduced from these data.

I decided to start with my genealogical DNA research in July 2007. Therefore I had my mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) analyzed at Family Tree DNA.

Mitochondria are present in all human cells, contain their own DNA, and are passed on only through females to their offspring (male and female). The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) has distinct properties, therefore making it a great tool for genealogical and anthropological study. Mutations within this DNA are studied and compared against the mtDNA of others. The results are catalogued and organized so that an ancient migration pattern can be constructed.

Different mutation patterns are assigned to various genetic population groups (haplogroups). The haplogroup identifies your deep ancestral ethnic and geographical origins on your maternal line and can help determine whether you share a common ancestor within this migration pattern. But the haplogroups don’t tell you whether you are more closely or more distantly related. If you want to find this out, you have to employ other conventional genealogical techniques.

I found out that I belong to the haplogroup X. This group is actually quite interesting because of its migration pattern. I read that the haplogroup X is an archaic gene and has not been found in most of the African continent. I believe the scientists ponder about why this archaic gene is still found in modern humans. The overall haplogroup X accounts for about 2% of the population of Europe, the Near East and North Africa. In addition, the haplogroup X is also one of the five haplogroups found in the indigenous peoples of the Americas and accounts for about 3% for the total current indigenous population of the Americas.

When your mtDNA is analyzed by Family Tree DNA, you will be informed of mtDNA matches, but only, if you signed a release form. Afterwards you can contact people in their database and vice versa.

Book - Invisible Cloak now online available

The time has arrived. After years of perseverance, self-determination, and self-reliance I published my first non-fiction book Invisible Cloak: Know Thyself!-The Woven Thought Design.

Besides sharing important knowledge about a concept that most likely pertains to us all, you’ll find a chapter on Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, Nelson Mandela, and Oprah Winfrey in it. I not only discovered a numerical pattern in my life but in theirs as well.

This book is now online available at the Lulu market place. You’ll also find additional info on my new website http://woventhoughtdesign.com.

Invisible Cloak front and back

Book - Invisible Cloak

Finally, on Tuesday I uploaded my book to the print on demand server (POD). But before I finally offer this book for purchase, I’ve to make sure that it will be correctly printed. Therefore I requested a printed copy which should arrive within the next few days. If everything looks fine, I’ll release it. Today I noticed that the check for the Copyright Office cleared my bank account. It cleared on the same day when I uploaded my book to the print on demand server. I guess the employees at the Copyright Office are very busy.

As I have mentioned earlier, for the past few weeks, I concentrated on the formatting of this book, but I also designed my own cover (cover, back, and spine). A couple weeks ago, I had bought Adobe Acrobat 8 so that I can create my own PDF files, which are requested by the POD server. Designing the all-wrap-around cover was not only a new and unique experience but also an exciting task. And here I would like to mention that I received some valuable input for the formatting and cover design from Kari and Steve. Thanks Kari and Steve.

Book - Invisible Cloak

In the past few weeks, I’ve focused on getting my book “Invisible Cloak” ready for publication. I accomplished my second milestone: send a copy to the Copyright Office. Now, I must focus on the publication process, which will take about two months.

Excerpt from book’s Introduction:

Ideas and concepts that many have labeled nonsense or heresy due to the former Zeitgeist’s unenlightenment are now integral parts of our lives. We know from our own and our ancestor’s experiences that living comes with no “written in stone” guarantees, with the exception that change always comes to pass. Miraculously, our God-given potential is inherent in change.

What if, at this moment, you want to unleash your hidden personal power to reach your God-given potential? It’s possible. You’re the master of your life. Bear in mind, to change things, you must start with yourself. As Gandhi said: “Become the change you want to see in the world.” Learn to recognize your personal power and use it effectively.

Over time, the scales fell from my eyes, and I discovered a numerical pattern manifesting in my life due to specific life experiences either being filtered out or amplified. The specific life experiences had a common denominator: the same number for their numerical equivalent. After I discovered my numerical pattern, I decided to investigate into this manifestation on a broader scale. To that end I researched and analyzed public data from renowned people. Soon it was obvious that certain numbers were frequently repeated not only in my life but also of those others; e.g., either in dates, house numbers, or in events corresponding to the same numerical equivalent. Through the course of self-discovery, I realized that I needed to write this book in order to share my knowledge so you too could awaken to this concept.

As a matter of fact, this book brings consciousness-raising information to those who desire it, elevating your awareness of the interrelation of our life experiences. Revealing the concealed universal force inherent in birthdates and names, I’ll demonstrate and explain a concept and tool, which will help identify your present life’s unique purpose. For instance, emerging data trails, in context in which they reoccur with your life experiences, are signs of your unique purpose as well as specific life lessons, which you must learn in this lifetime. During the course of your self-discovery, you’ll come to understand two concepts—metaphysics and numerology—that each of us can use as indispensable tools on our path of self-knowledge, self-determination and self-realization.

I present this concept through examples of distinguishable numerical patterns, which I noticed at first in myself and thereafter, in renowned personalities. The examples in this book support this concept, in addition to numerous spiritual and metaphysical literatures whose subject cover the principles for numbers and symbols.

Number three

Since I mentioned in my previous post that my invigoration number is number three I’ll like to describe here the metaphysical meaning of number three. Below is an excerpt from my book “Invisible Cloak” that also covers the meaning of the qualitative attributes of numbers. Since my book still needs to be copy-edited, I ask you to be lenient with my English writing style.

First of all, I had just an intuitive flash of the role-play of numbers—I call this now cosmic revelation. It happened while I worked at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington State.

One day I started to say to my co-workers “I’m influenced by number three.” I actually said it a few times without being consciously aware of the significance or metaphysical attributes of number three. I just intuitively knew—below the threshold of my consciousness—that the number three played a significant role in my life…

Since the day I had said, “I’m influenced by number three”, my curiosity for number symbolism was awakened, and I wanted to know specifically what other connotations number three had in addition to its quantitative meaning.

For that reason only, one day I decided to peruse the new age/metaphysical book section at the Barnes & Noble bookstore. There I noticed a numerology book that I had once seen when I lived in Germany. While I lived in Germany, I had not been interested in metaphysical studies although my ex-husband had been. Actually, I was very skeptical about this matter, and I felt aloof towards the metaphysical realm. Now, I decided to buy it. As I previously mentioned, things will be revealed to you when you are ready to receive it. Certainly, the time had come for me to discover and understand…

Coming back to my inquiry about the qualitative meaning of numbers especially number three, I read that most cultures regard number three as a fundamental number, which exhibits the qualities of completion. A simple example for its fundamental meaning is one and two make three, and the three being the result of the action of one and two.

Another example of its fundamental attributes are: birth, growth, and death; beginning, middle, and end; past, present, and future. For Christianity the God-Father, God-Son, and the Holy Ghost trinity are represented by it. In esoteric terms it’s seen as the super-conscious, subconscious, and conscious mind. And the mystic healers of Hawaii, the Kalunas (Huna), know of Low Self (subconscious), Middle Self (objective consciousness), High Self (cosmic Self or God within).

As can be seen from these examples, the number three has the meaning of completion and diversity. The same principle can be observed in physical matter. For example, atoms consist of three parts: protons, neutrons, and electrons. Though they seem outwards as a unity, they are not. But they are interrelated and exert some kind of force on each other.

I learned that the day of my birth twenty-one deduces to the single-digit number value three (2+1=3). Basic numerology teaches to reduce double-digit numbers to a single-digit number by just adding the two digits.

Here I had the answer why the number three played such a significant role in my life. The number three is my invigoration number. I am born on day twenty-one. Numerology teaches that the attributes or vibrations of the number of the day we were born invigorate us, but we are not consciously aware of this principle until it’s brought into light.

Bear in mind, the metaphysical meaning for number three is: the entity conscious, subconscious, and super-conscious are interrelated and exert some kind of force on each other. If number three invigorates you, you’ll gain knowledge and wisdom when your life experiences are taking place on an interrelated diverse dynamic level.

Connecting links

You may have already read my post ‘Symbols and numbers’. There I outlined some of the connecting links of my numerological profile showing up in the number Pi. I just read the Washington State history on the web site historylink.org and I noticed quite a few data and dates that play a prominent role in my life, too. I’m listing the data and dates so that you can see for yourself. You may want to investigate, too, where you can notice a correlation with your own data and dates to the residence of your place.

In some cases I’ll reduce the numbers or dates to a single-digit number.

- Washington State is one of the 48 continuous United States.

Washington State is the first and only state that I ever have been a resident of in the United States. The number 48 can be reduced to a single-digit number three (4+8=12 and 1+2=3), which is my invigoration number derived from my birthday 21 (2+1=3).

- Washington State occupies 66,582 square miles.

When adding all these number together (6+6+5+8+2=27), I arrive at the number of the day when I immigrated into the United States.

- Washington State borders on the east at the Idaho border at 117 degrees longitude.

My life lesson number is 11 and destiny number is 7. Adding these numbers together (11+7=18 and 1+8=9) I arrive at my master number nine.

- Washington State borders Canada on the north along the 49th parallel.

My destiny number squared is number 49.

- Washington State borders Oregon on the south along the Columbia River along the 46th parallel.

The numerical equivalent of my first name is number 46 (U=21, T=20, E=5 and 21+20+5=46).

- 27 settlers petitioned on August 29, 1851 Congress for a separate “Columbia Territory” (named later “Washington”) covering the area between the Columbia River and 49th parallel.

I immigrated on day 27 the United States, and my grandfather was born on August 29, 1889.

- Congress approved the new territory, renamed Washington, on February 10, 1853.

When adding all the numbers of this date (2+10+1+8+5+3=29 and 2+9=11 and 1+1=2), I arrive at my life lesson number, which fluctuates between 11 and/or 2.

- Washington was admitted to the Union in 1889.

My grandfather was born in the year 1889.

- The square dance (or quadrille) was named the official state dance on April 17, 1979.

I married in 1979. When adding all the numbers from this date (4+1+7+1+9+7+9=38 and 3+8=11 and 1+1=2), I arrive again at my life lesson number 11 and/or 2.

There are still some other dates on the historylink.org that play a role in my life, but that should do for right now.

I just want to mention here that my destiny number seven plays predominantly a role in my life, and Seattle consists of seven letters. The numerical equivalent of the name ‘Seattle’ is number one, which is also the numerical equivalent of my first and last name.

Symbols and numbers

I mentioned already that I’m working on a book, which hopefully will be published this year. The idea to write a book dealing with numerological pattern recognition unfolded in 2003. The actual writing and additional research started in 2004.

After I had written down the book’s content to about 90%, I decided to host a private web site on my own computer. And that was in November of 2005. I displayed excerpts from my not yet published book in English and in German. I also informed friends and family members of this site and asked them to give me feedback about my writing style and German translation. I informed only a few people of this private web site, but I had a valid URL address and anyone who knew of it could access this web site when my computer was connected to the Internet.

I received almost no feedback from my friends and family members. I had not asked for feedback about the content, only for my writing style and German translation. Not receiving any feedback was quite bewildering.

My youngest sisters wrote me at the end of 2005 that she had visited with her daughter the Mathematikum Museum in Giessen. She told me that her birthday could be found on a specific position in this infinite number.

After I had received her message I decided to check whether I could observe some kind of connection in regards to my numerological profile and numerological destiny number. Interestingly the number seven, which is my destiny number, showed up also here in a unique way, and I even noticed other connections to my numerological profile.

My primary destiny number derived from my birth name is 79, and my secondary destiny number derived from my married name is 88. These numbers appear on position 30-31 and 35-36 and they are only separated by number 502, which can be reduced to the single digit number value seven (5+2=7).

The first time the number seven appears in the number Pi is on position 14. Number 14 is the atomic weight for the chemical element nitrogen with proton number seven, and number 14 is my outer personality number.

The first time the number 79 appears is on position 14-15. When adding these numbers (14+15=29 and 2+9=11 and 1+1=2), I see here a connection to my birth date.

I’m born on August 21 (8+21=29 and 2+9=11 and 1+1=2). The number for the month and day of my birth date 821 appears the first time on position 102-104. When adding these numbers (102+103+104=309 and 3+0+9=12 and 1+2=3), I arrive at my invigoration number three, which is the single-digit number derived from the day I was born.

The total of my primary destiny number is 277 (2+7+7=16 and 1+6=7), which appears the first time on position 559-561. When adding these numbers (559+560+561=1680 and 1+6+8+0=15 and 1+5=6), they show a connecting link to my astrological chart. I have six planets in the seventh house.

Anyway, anyone who is interested in math knows that the number Pi is an infinite number starting with the numbers of Albert Einstein’s birthday 3.14 (March 14).

The symbol for the number Pi is π and this symbol is displayed here in Seattle as well as in Redmond. You’ll find this symbol as an art object on stairs leading to the Seattle Art Museum and in a Redmond City Park.
